What to prepare
Before flying, confirm official buyer registration, hotel location, airport-to-hotel movement, hotel-to-venue route, payment setup, data plan, team contact method, and supplier or meeting addresses.
For small teams, assign one person as the local operating lead. That person should hold the Chinese address list, ride plan, payment fallback, and support channel so every traveler is not solving the same problem independently.
Business traveler failure points
The common business-travel failure is not sightseeing confusion. It is losing paid meeting time to app setup, payment failures, address lookup, driver communication, hotel deposit questions, and venue routing.
If your team arrives with samples, equipment, multiple bags, or a tight first-day schedule, vehicle size, hotel timing, and support contact should be decided before landing.
Current CCAC boundary
Shanghai is CCAC's first full SOP city. Guangzhou and Canton Fair trips can be reviewed case by case, especially for remote setup, payment readiness, connectivity, address preparation, and arrival coordination.
CCAC is not a travel agency, procurement broker, exhibition registration agent, or supplier-verification company. Supplier meetings, venue rules, translation, and pass-through costs require separate scope review.
When to use CCAC
Start with the free arrival brief for a Guangzhou fit check. If the trip belongs inside the current CCAC boundary, a reviewed package or custom coordination path can follow.
If you want this configured before you fly, book CCAC Landing Kit or start with a free arrival brief.
